This is a basic, white uniform that meets the requirements for the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class at Clark College as taught by Coach Bob Maves. The special pricing is only for those students that order by July 6th, 2009. There is no shipping costs for this uniform which will be delivered to your instructor by July 8, 2009. Uniforms ordered after the deadline will incur an additional $10 shipping and handling charge.
Part 1 of the Training For Competition Poomsae Series instructed by USA National Team coach Bob Maves. A total of 22 individual clips for easy reference, this course also includes a complete warm-up routine and conditioning exercises appropriate for Sport Poomsae competitors. These clips have been highlighted on the Olympic website and are currently being used by athletes and coaches around the world.
