Competition Tae Kwon Do
Horizon TKD training is one of a kind in the US. In addition to providing cutting edge training that integrates periodization principles with corrective strength and conditioning and mental management, Horizon also has on its training staff a National Team coach, the only two international referees in the Pacific Northwest, and a former TKD Olympian. Horizon competitors have earned numerous state, national and world level medals and are recongnized at competitions as the most well organized and well trained athletes.
